Lace panels climb the sides in a floral pattern, framed by a clean, smooth edge. A crisscross ankle strap closes with a gold-tone buckle, and a platform sole adds height at the front while a slim high heel finishes the line. The Carmela™ is built for the nights you actually want to remember.

How can I pay?
You pay at our secure Shopify checkout, where the payment options available to you are shown. Your card details are handled by Shopify and the payment provider, and we do not store them.
How do your discounts work?
Our products are marked down by 50% or 60% from the crossed-out price shown on each product page.
When you choose more than one piece, an extra discount is applied automatically at checkout: 15% off for 2 items, 20% off for 3 or 4 items and 25% off for 5 or more items. You do not need a code. If you do not see the discount at checkout, email us at support@nora-sydney.com and we will take a look.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, and every order is sent with tracking.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your parcel, or check it on our tracking page. Tracking can take up to 5 business days to show updates, so if the page looks quiet at first, please check again in a few days. If nothing has changed after that, email us at support@nora-sydney.com with your order number.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order, and you do not need to give a reason.
Please email support@nora-sydney.com first. We will then send you the return address, so please do not post anything back before you have heard from us.
Where do I send a return, and who pays the postage?
Our returns warehouse is in the United Kingdom, and we send you the exact address when you email us. For a change of mind, the return postage is paid by you. Because the warehouse is overseas, please check the postage cost before you decide to send something back.
How do I choose my size?
Our clothing is sized in AU sizes, and most pieces have a size chart with measurements in centimetres. Measure a piece that fits you well and compare it with the chart. If you are between two sizes or feel unsure, email us before you order and we will help you choose.
